We strive for 100% customer satisfaction.
If you are for any reason unhappy with your purchase please contact us info@helloskyline.com. Full refund amounts are valid up to 90 days if the products are undamaged.

What cable do I need?
All Hello Skyline products are intentionally designed to work with only OEM Tesla charging cables. We do not support any other cables. Original lightning cables will not work with Skyline accessories.
